PLEASE NOTE:

This year there are Motorsport Australia rules in place that we must adhere to and our procedures have altered.

ALL entries and payments must be electronic, this means EFT only – no cheques, no cash.
The entry form must be filled in and signed
Please email confirmation of your entry (with vehicle details) and payment before 5:00pm Wednesday March 17.
No entries and payments will be accepted on the day.

Self Scrutiny – there will be no scrutineering on the day, all entrants must self scrutiny using the form provided and produce on the day with their original signed entry form.

There will be no secretary table on the day, all paperwork is to be shared through the window as you transit the start, you will be provided your event pack, you will provide the above paperwork.

There will be no drivers briefing, no communal gathering, and we request entrants do not gather in groups at the start. Please avoid arriving early (find a cafe and grab a coffee), start order will be based on vehicles arriving and processing directly through the start. If there is a line up that may affect through traffic, please drive around the block and come back (think rolling start).
